What's the deal with shipping?
Currently we're shipping PawBags across Australia, for just $6.50! We'll ship to New Zealand if you ask nicely, worldwide shipping is coming soon.

When will I get my PawBag?
When you check out, we process your order and ship your first PawBag right away. For subscribers, your PawBags will be shipped on the 15th of every second month after your initial order.

Will you tell me what is coming in my bag ahead of time? Can my dog choose?
It's a surprise! but if you have some ideas about what your dog would like to see in the next bag, we are always happy to hear suggestions!
